A Y-splitter takes one input and branches into two outputs. An X-splitter branches into four. Use Y-splitters for simple two-way splits at corners. Use X-splitters or 7-way spider cords when you need to power multiple runs from a single source point.
Measure the distance from your power source to where the light run starts. Add a few extra feet for slack. We stock cables from 6 feet to 50 feet. For longer runs, use bulk zip cord with Gilbert plugs for custom lengths.
Yes, but keep total run length reasonable. Every connection adds a small amount of resistance. For runs over 50 feet, use a single longer cable or bulk wire rather than chaining multiple short cables together.
