From $2,000 to $1M+
Jason Geiman grew up in rural Kentucky. Homeschooled. His family did not have much money, but they found joy in the simple things. That scrappy upbringing shaped everything he built later.
He won a statewide Ford mechanics competition as a teenager. That earned him a full college scholarship. He got his associate degree in auto diesel technology and graduated with honors.
In his mid-20s, Jason took a massive pay cut to become a firefighter. It was a calling, not a career move. He spent 19+ years as Captain of Boone County Water Rescue in Kentucky. He became a certified Public Safety Diver conducting rescue and recovery operations across Greater Cincinnati. He stacked certifications: EMT, Hazmat Tech, ASE certified, EVT certified. The man does not cut corners.
In 2012, he started ProServe Pressure Washing with $2,000. He bartered for most of his equipment. In 2013, he added Christmas light installations as a seasonal add-on. That side hustle changed everything.
By 2017, the company was doing $1M+ in annual revenue with 4 vehicle crews. No heavy paid ads. No gimmicks. He built the whole thing on referrals and a 5-star reputation. Every customer came back or sent a friend.
He sold the business in 2018. But he was nowhere close to done.
