The wider 15" spacing covers more roofline with fewer bulbs per foot, a good fit for longer rooflines where you want full coverage without going overboard on bulb count. All five fit the same standard C9 E17 socket, so you can swap or mix colors from the full C9 bulb lineup without changing the kit's spacing.

Bigger first job. Moving past your first single-home install? This kit gives you the exact commercial-grade components the big crews use, sized for a couple of homes so you can grow your route without overbuying.

Accent or add-on run. Already running a route but need a longer stretch of C9 for multiple peaks, a detached structure, or a small commercial accent? 250 ft covers it.

Grow Your Install — Compatible Add-Ons

More bulbs or different color. The kit fits standard C9 E17 sockets. Add or swap bulbs from the full C9 lineup — every C9 color fits the same socket spacing.

Longer run or extra wire. Add a 1,000 ft C9 SPT-1 socket wire spool or SPT-1 extension wire if the property exceeds the kit's wire footage. Or step up to the Starter Pack 1,000ft for a full route.

Different clip type for the install surface. The kit ships with Tuff Wedge Clips for gutter mount. Add Tile Clips for tile roof, Tuff Mag for metal substrate, or Parapet Clips for stone/parapet caps.

Automation and timing. Comes with 1 outdoor LED-rated timer for dusk-to-dawn or scheduled run times. GFCI outlet required.

How to Install This Kit

Pro-installer steps for the C9 Pro Pack 250ft across a 1-2 home install.

1. Pre-stage at the shop or on-site. Measure each roofline, then pre-bulb and pre-clip the runs before you go up the ladder.
2. Mount each run. ~30-45 minutes per home. Slide the Tuff Wedge clips section by section along the eave.
3. Add plug pair per stringer. Most homes use 1 stringer per side of the roofline = 2 plug pairs per home.
4. Route to GFCI outlet + test. Walk each run plugged in. Swap any DOA bulbs before you call the job done.

Certifications and Materials

• UL 588 certification — C9 LED bulbs in this kit are manufactured to the UL 588 standard for seasonal and holiday decorative lighting. Equivalent to UL Listed for permit-track residential and commercial installs.
• IP65 wet location rating — C9 LED bulbs survive direct rain, snow, and sleet exposure. Not submersible.
• UL Listed insulation (wire) — SPT-1 socket wire and jumper wire are UL Listed for 120V residential extension cord use.
• Seasonal residential or commercial use — Component lifespans are sized for 5+ seasons of installation, takedown, storage, and redeployment when handled according to the install guide.

Warranty

Components carry their individual manufacturer warranties — Christmas Lights HQ honors all of them. Not covered: dropped bulbs, cut socket wire from sharp tools, mis-wired connections (240V over-voltage), animal damage, continuous outdoor exposure beyond the rated seasonal cycle.
