First paid job. New to pro installs? This kit gives you the exact commercial-grade components the big crews use, scaled to a single home so you can learn the workflow without overbuying.

Accent or add-on run. Already running a route but need a short stretch of C9 for a peak, a dormer, a detached garage, or a small commercial accent? 100 ft covers it.

Grow Your Install — Compatible Add-Ons

More bulbs or different color. The kit fits standard C9 E17 sockets. Add or swap bulbs from the full C9 lineup — every C9 color fits the same socket spacing.

Longer run or extra wire. Add a 1,000 ft C9 SPT-1 socket wire spool or SPT-1 extension wire if the property exceeds the kit's wire footage. Or step up to the Starter Pack 1,000ft for a full route.

Add a timer. This kit doesn't include a timer. Add an outdoor LED-rated timer for dusk-to-dawn or scheduled run times. GFCI outlet required.

Different clip type for the install surface. The kit ships with Tuff Wedge Clips for gutter mount. Add Tile Clips for tile roof, Tuff Mag for metal substrate, or Parapet Clips for stone/parapet caps.

Permanent lighting upgrade path. When seasonal C9 isn't enough, the King Permanent Lighting system replaces the C9 stringer with a year-round RGB LED channel.

How to Install This Kit

Pro-installer steps for the C9 Pro Pack 100ft on a single-home install.

1. Pre-stage at the shop or on-site. Measure the roofline, then pre-bulb and pre-clip the run before you go up the ladder.
2. Mount the run. ~30-45 minutes for a single home. Slide the Tuff Wedge clips section by section along the eave.
3. Add plug pair per stringer. Most homes use 1 stringer per side of the roofline = 2 plug pairs per home.
4. Route to GFCI outlet + test. Walk the run plugged in. Swap any DOA bulbs before you call the job done.

Certifications and Materials

• cETLus certification — C9 LED bulbs in this kit are cETLus listed (Intertek file 5019711) per UL 588 safety standard for seasonal lighting. Equivalent to UL Listed for permit-track residential and commercial installs.
• IP65 wet location rating — C9 LED bulbs survive direct rain, snow, and sleet exposure. Not submersible.
• UL Listed insulation (wire) — SPT-1 socket wire and jumper wire are UL Listed for 120V residential extension cord use.
• Year-round residential or seasonal commercial — Component lifespans are sized for 5+ seasons of pull-down, storage, and redeploy cycles when handled per the install guide.

Warranty

Components carry their individual manufacturer warranties — Christmas Lights HQ honors all of them. Not covered: dropped bulbs, cut socket wire from sharp tools, mis-wired connections (240V over-voltage), animal damage, year-round outdoor exposure beyond the rated seasonal cycle.
