Can I return the kit if I don't use it?

Yes — unopened kits return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. Opened kits with unused components return at restocking value. Full return policy.

What's the warranty difference between kit and individual components?

No difference — each component in the kit carries its individual manufacturer warranty (5-year on Minleon V2 bulbs, 1-year on Tuff Bulbs / wire / clips / plugs). Christmas Lights HQ honors all warranties whether the component was bought standalone or as part of a kit.

Can I upgrade to Minleon V2 bulbs and keep the rest of the kit?

Yes — choose the Minleon V2 variant when ordering. Same wire + clips + plugs included; only the bulb spec changes.

Does the kit include a timer?

How long does shipping take?

Choose your track color

Match the U-channel to the fascia or trim so it disappears in daylight. The Smart Base and P50 Wire Covers come in the same five colors — so the whole run finishes in one tone.

Two ways to mount it

The track is a 3-way mounting channel. How you mount it depends on which direction you need the light to face.

Track alone — lights face the mounting surface

Mount the U-channel directly to the fascia or soffit when you want the pixels facing the same direction as the surface you're mounting to. Simplest install, lowest profile, no bracket needed.

Track + Smart Base — turn the light 90°

The track clips into the optional Smart Base when you need to turn the light direction 90° off the mounting surface. The bracket ships with the two-sided 3M tape pre-applied from the factory. Sold separately.

Surface prep is not optional. The track and bracket attach with permanent bonding double-sided 3M tape. Clean the surface with denatured alcohol and a rag before attaching — the tape bonds on contact, so position carefully before you press. Skipping this step is the most common cause of tape failure down the road.

Yes — it's UV-coated PVC, built as a permanent mounting channel for year-round exterior installs. That's what separates it from a seasonal clip: it stays on the building.

What else do I need to finish the run?
