The story
Jason started in business in 2012 with $2,000 and zero business background — launching ProServe Pressure Washing on the side while still working as a career firefighter in Northern Kentucky. By 2014, he added Christmas light installation to fill the winter revenue gap. Within four years he scaled both operations to over $1M each in annual revenue, with four crews running residential and commercial installs across the Midwest. Both businesses sold in 2018.
Today Jason runs Christmas Lights HQ (wholesale supply, this site), ChristmasLights.io (training + 43,000-member Facebook community), King of Pressure Wash (51K-subscriber YouTube channel and coaching), and King of Marketing (marketing coaching for contractors).
He coaches contractors through weekly Monday-night Zoom calls, in-person training classes at his Burlington, Kentucky headquarters, and hands-on events nationwide. His teaching philosophy: take action, raise your prices, and get off the truck.
