Job inputs
Measure perimeter of any roof edge you'll light. Most single-story homes: 100–200 ft. Two-story or large homes: 200–400 ft.
Market range: $8–$12/ft installed. Cover materials, install labor, takedown, and storage. Add toward $12 for two-story or steep pitch.
Count strands, not bushes. Some bushes take 3 strands. $30–$50 per strand.
Trees that lose their leaves. $30–$50 per foot of tree height. Example: two 8-ft maples = 16 ft.
Pines, spruces, firs — anything keeping its needles. $40–$60 per foot of tree height. More needles, more bulbs, more time.
Smaller than bushes — landscape shrubs along the front walk. Bid by photo; typical $40–$80 each.
Porch and entry columns. Size and strand count varies widely. $100–$600 per column depending on height and lighting density.
Pathway, landscape bed, and walkway accent stakes. $8–$10 per stake.
48-inch wreaths are the pro standard. $200–$800 per wreath depending on size and lighting density.
Industry standard is 35–50% deposit at booking. Lean toward 50% to filter flaky leads.
