Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling Times

We pride ourselves on fast order fulfillment. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Please note: During peak season (November-December), while we maintain same-day processing, carrier delays may affect delivery times due to holiday shipping volumes.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates for standard ground delivery (typically 2 business days):

  • Orders $0 - $99.99: $20.00
  • Orders $100 - $398.99: $40.00
  • Orders $399+: FREE SHIPPING

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS and FedEx for standard orders. You may select from the following options at checkout:

  • Standard Ground Shipping - Typically 2 business days
  • Expedited Shipping Options - Available at checkout for additional cost
    • 2-Day Air
    • Next Day Air

Large or bulk orders may require freight shipping. Freight rates will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Our customer service team will contact you with a freight quote if your order requires special shipping.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • International destinations
  • PO Boxes (UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using your tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel an order by contacting us at jason@christmaslights.io, provided that the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Holiday Shipping

During the peak holiday season (November through December), we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by Christmas. While we maintain our same-day processing standard, carriers experience high volumes that may extend delivery times beyond the typical 2 business days.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  1. For damaged items, notify us within 14 days at jason@christmaslights.io or call 855-619-5483
  2. Provide photos of any damage and keep all original packaging
  3. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and find the best solution

Large & Commercial Orders

For bulk orders requiring freight shipping, please note:

  • Freight quotes will be provided based on your specific order size and destination
  • Additional services like lift-gate delivery or residential delivery may incur extra charges
  • Commercial addresses with loading docks typically receive better freight rates
