Canny Systems Ridge Clip Pro X2

The Ridge Clip Pro® X2 does the ridge job and then solves the other half of the problem: what happens to a thousand feet of clipped C9 line in the off-season.

On the roof it is a no-damage tension mount for ridge caps and vents. In the shop, the clip design racks straight onto a 1/2" dowel rod with the bulbs still attached, so your storage system is a dowel and a shelf instead of a tangled tote.

What makes the X2 worth it over the standard Pro clip?

The dowel-rod storage feature. Crews that relight the same houses every year keep the clips and bulbs on the line, rack whole runs on half inch dowels, and cut next season's prep time dramatically.

Does the X2 fit 13 inch ridge vents?

The X2 is listed for 10 inch and 12 inch ridge vents. For 13 inch vents, run the Ridge Clip Pro or the original Ridge Clip instead.

Can I really store bulbs without unclipping them?

Yes. Slide the clipped line onto a 1/2 inch dowel rod and the clips hang the whole run in order. Label the dowel by house and section and takedown becomes your inventory system.
