How Installers Use It

Standard #8 zip screws handle most aluminum soffit and fascia installs, self-drilling and fast. Switch to the 1 1/2" Ruspert-coated screws on Hardy board or other denser substrates where the standard screw won't hold as deep. Every home and region is different, so verify the substrate before the crew starts drilling. In some cases sourcing screws locally is still the right call, installers are responsible for picking the correct fastener for that specific job.
