A 0.8-watt faceted SMD LED bulb on a nickel-plated E17 base that won't corrode and seize in the socket after two winters. Dimmable, IP67 sealed, with a polycarbonate lens at two times standard wall thickness — 200X stronger than glass. Backed by a 5-year warranty. Grow Your Install — Compatible Add-Ons
Timers. Not included in this package. Add outdoor LED-rated timers for dusk-to-dawn or scheduled run times — plan roughly one per home on your route. GFCI outlet required at each property.
More bulbs or different color. The kit fits standard C9 E17 sockets. Add or swap bulbs from the full C9 lineup — every C9 color fits the same socket spacing.
Longer run or extra wire. Add a 1,000 ft C9 SPT-1 socket wire spool or SPT-1 extension wire if your route exceeds the kit's wire footage.
Different clip type for the install surface. The kit ships with Tuff Wedge Clips for gutter mount. Add Tile Clips for tile roof, Tuff Mag for metal substrate, or Parapet Clips for stone/parapet caps.

How to Install This Kit
Pro-installer steps for running the Ultra Contractor Pack 8,000ft across a multi-crew season.
- Pre-stage by route, not by home. At this volume, cut and bulb in batches organized by crew and ZIP code rather than one house at a time. Label every reel with the address it's going to before it leaves the shop.
- Divide across trucks. Three or more 2-3 person crews, each loaded with a full day of pre-staged sections. A crew that returns to the shop mid-day has lost an install.
- On-site: unroll + mount each section. ~30-45 minutes per home for a 2-installer crew. Slide clips section by section along the eave, working one direction.
- Add plug pair per stringer. Most homes use 1 stringer per side of the roofline = 2 plug pairs per home. 1,000 pairs covers a route of this size with margin for commercial runs that need more terminations.
- Route to GFCI outlet, add timer, test. Walk every run plugged in before the crew leaves. Swap DOA bulbs on site — at this route size, return trips are what erase the season's profit.
Certifications and Materials
- UL certified bulbs — C9 LED bulbs in this kit are certified for seasonal and holiday decorative lighting, approved for indoor and outdoor use.
- Wet location rated — C9 LED bulbs survive direct rain, snow, and sleet exposure. Not submersible. King Pro Bulbs are IP67 sealed; Minleon V2 are IP65.
- UL Listed insulation (wire) — SPT-1 socket wire and jumper cord are UL Listed for 120V residential extension cord use.
- Seasonal residential and commercial use — Component lifespans are sized for 5+ seasons of installation, takedown, storage, and redeployment when handled per the install guide.
Warranty
King Pro Bulbs C9 carry a 5-year warranty. Remaining components carry their individual manufacturer warranties — Christmas Lights HQ honors all of them. Not covered: dropped bulbs, cut socket wire from sharp tools, mis-wired connections (240V over-voltage), animal damage, year-round outdoor exposure beyond the rated seasonal cycle.
