A Note on Cold-Weather Use

This is a digital timer, so for installs in sustained deep-cold conditions (well below freezing for days at a time), mount it in a protected or semi-sheltered spot for the most reliable timekeeping — same as you'd treat any digital outdoor control. For most residential and commercial seasonal installs, it runs reliably right through the season.
